This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription cancellations, refunds, and service discontinuation for Billoro, a cloud-based SaaS platform owned and operated by Webwic Insights Pvt. Ltd. (“Webwic”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By subscribing to or using Billoro, you agree to this Policy in addition to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Service
Billoro is a digital, subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
Services are delivered instantly upon activation and do not involve the shipment of physical goods.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- Users may cancel their Billoro subscription at any time by contacting support.
- Upon cancellation:
- The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be applied for subsequent cycles.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period.
4. Refund Policy
General Rule
All subscription fees paid for Billoro are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Monthly or annual subscription charges
- Setup, onboarding, or configuration fees
- Add-on services or feature upgrades
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error
- Payment charged despite documented service unavailability caused solely by Webwic
- Refunds mandated by applicable Indian laws or payment-gateway regulations
Any approved refund will be processed & credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.
5. Free Trials & Promotional Plans
- Free trials or promotional plans, where offered, are provided without charge for a limited period.
- No payment is collected during a free trial.
- Once the trial ends and a paid subscription begins, standard refund rules apply.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Partial usage of a subscription period
- Failure to use the service after purchase
- Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
- Third-party service issues (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp, payment gateway downtime)
- Dissatisfaction due to business outcomes or expected results
7. Service Suspension or Termination by Webwic
Webwic reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund in cases of:
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
- Non-payment or chargeback abuse
- Illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited use of the platform
- Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Users are encouraged to contact support@billoro.com before initiating any chargeback.
- Unauthorized or excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
- Webwic reserves the right to contest chargebacks with relevant evidence.
9. Data Access After Cancellation
- After cancellation, access to Billoro features may be restricted at the end of the billing cycle.
- Data retention and deletion follow the timelines defined in the Privacy Policy.
- Users are responsible for exporting data prior to account termination.
10. Changes to This Policy
Webwic may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date and may be communicated through the website or registered contact details.
