1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of Billoro, a cloud-based software platform owned and operated by Webwic Insights Pvt. Ltd. (“Webwic”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing, registering for, or using Billoro, you (“User”, “Business”, or “Customer”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. About Billoro

Billoro is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business management platform that provides tools including, but not limited to:

  • Billing and invoicing
  • Appointment and booking management
  • Customer management and loyalty programs
  • Marketing campaigns and notifications
  • Automation and analytics

Billoro is offered exclusively as an online service. No ownership of software is transferred to users.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use Billoro.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

Webwic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

  • Billoro may be offered under free, trial, or paid subscription plans.
  • Pricing, billing cycles, and plan features are displayed on the Billoro website or dashboard.
  • All payments are processed via RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways.
  • Webwic does not store card, UPI, or banking credentials.

Failure to complete payments may result in service suspension or downgrade.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time; access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
  • No refunds are provided for partial usage periods.

Separate refund policies may apply where mandated by law or payment-gateway rules.

6. Data Ownership & Responsibilities

  • Businesses retain full ownership of all data entered into Billoro.
  • Webwic acts only as a data processor, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that customer data collection complies with applicable laws.

Webwic is not liable for data accuracy entered by users.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

  • Use Billoro for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Send spam, abusive, or misleading communications
  • Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the platform

Violation may result in immediate termination without notice.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

  • Billoro is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  • Webwic does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Features, pricing, or availability may change without prior notice.

Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Billoro, including software, branding, logos, and content, are owned by Webwic Insights Pvt. Ltd.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during an active subscription.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Webwic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities is excluded
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webwic, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your use of Billoro
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Breach of applicable laws or third-party rights

12. Termination

Webwic may suspend or terminate access:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For non-payment
  • To comply with legal or regulatory obligations

Upon termination, access to the platform and stored data may be restricted or removed as per retention policies.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in Kerala, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

Webwic reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of Billoro constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
